Workaholism is like the Marlboro Man:

Outdated.

Why?

It’s slowly destroying your health (both mental and physical), and damaging relationships.

Ultimately, it might even be fatal.

However, we all need to work to earn money and afford the life we've always wanted and dreamed of. 💪💭

Do you remember not too long ago, reading articles and social media posts about people pushing their limits, working 20 hours a day, and neglecting their bodies and minds?

They almost glorified the act of self-destruction.

Thankfully, I believe we've reached a point where we can all agree that similar to smoking, workaholism is a direct path to misery. 😢

Even companies are well aware of this.

Employees experience mental burnout, wasting up to 40% of their working time. Globally, companies are losing billions annually.

What you truly need is balance. ⚖️

This is especially important if you have a family (whom you want to be there for and cherish).

I consider it a colossal failure to accumulate wealth while missing out on witnessing my children grow up. I don't want to miss those precious and irreplaceable days and years. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️😔

We can't turn back time. Nobody can. ⏳🚫

If you're striving for a harmonious work-life balance, I have a solution.

I've been working on a tool that has helped me, and soon I'll be sharing with you the result of years of research, development, and testing. I affectionately call it my Guardian.
